Your return rights
For online and other distance purchases, Lebanese Consumer Protection Law provides a 10-day period from delivery to reverse a purchase, subject to the exceptions below. PCandMac also offers an extended voluntary return period of up to 30 days from delivery for eligible, unused products. This policy does not limit any rights you have under Lebanese law.
When a change-of-mind return is eligible
To use our voluntary 30-day return period, contact us within 30 calendar days after delivery. The product must be unused, unactivated, undamaged, complete with its accessories and documentation, and returned in its original packaging with its serial number and labels intact. We will inspect the item before approving a refund or exchange. No restocking fee is charged.
Legal exceptions and custom-built products
The statutory 10-day cancellation right has legal exceptions, including goods made to order or to specifications you selected, goods used before the 10-day period ends, opened software or media where the law applies, and goods damaged through misuse. Custom-assembled PCs and specially sourced or configured items are not eligible for a voluntary change-of-mind return once assembly or sourcing has begun. These exceptions do not remove your rights if an item is defective or does not match what was agreed.
Defective, damaged or incorrect items
Contact us as soon as possible if an item arrives damaged, is incorrect, or develops a fault. We will assess the issue and arrange the appropriate repair, replacement or refund in line with applicable consumer law and the product’s warranty. PCandMac covers reasonable return delivery for a confirmed defective, damaged or incorrect item. Please keep the packaging until we have advised you how to proceed.
How to request a return
Contact us before sending an item back: WhatsApp or call +961 3 814 142, or email sales@pcmaclb.com. Include your order reference, product name and reason for return. We will confirm eligibility and give you return instructions. Returns are coordinated through our Ghaziyeh, Lebanon location; please do not send an item without first receiving instructions.
Return delivery and refunds
For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for the return delivery cost; the delivery charge for an order already delivered is handled as required by law. For a confirmed defective, damaged or incorrect item, PCandMac covers reasonable return delivery. Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will arrange the refund within 7 days using the original payment method where available, or another method agreed with you. Exchanges depend on stock availability.
